Welcome to Photo To URL. By accessing or using our image hosting and link generation service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By uploading images, generating links, or otherwise using Photo To URL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

Photo To URL provides free image hosting and direct link generation. You may upload images within the limits we set (e.g. file size, format) and receive shareable links. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; the Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with or without notice.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you upload. You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to: (1) provide accurate information when required; (2) keep your use of the Service compliant with all applicable laws; (3) not attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; (4) not use the Service to distribute malware or to interfere with the operation of the Service or other users.

Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share links to content that: is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property, or otherwise objectionable; exploits minors; promotes violence or discrimination; or violates any third party's rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the law.

Intellectual Property and Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and serve your images and to generate and provide links, as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our name, logo, and the Service are our intellectual property; you may not use them without our prior written consent.

Subscription Plans

Photo To URL offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (monthly Pro and yearly Premium) that increase upload limits, file size limits, and storage. Current plan details and pricing are on our Pricing page (https://phototourl.com/pricing). Paid access is a digital service and is granted immediately after confirmed payment.

Billing and Payment

By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge that method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel as described below. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Stopping Auto-Renewal

You may stop future charges at any time by:

• Emailing [email protected] from your registered account email and requesting cancellation of auto-renewal; or
• Cancelling automatic debit or recurring billing with your card issuer via mobile banking, online banking, or customer service.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid benefits until the end of the period you already paid for. After that period ends, no further charges are made for that subscription and paid benefits end with that period.

Refund Policy

Because paid plans are digital services delivered immediately after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable where the Service remains available for normal use, except as stated below or where required by law.

When a refund may be available

• First-time subscribers: within 7 days of the initial charge, if you have not made substantial use of paid features (for example, only a small share of your plan’s upload or storage allowance).
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: a full refund for a verified billing error that resulted in a duplicate charge.
• Service outage on our side: if a verified outage within our control lasts 72 hours or more during your paid period, we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund after review.
• Statutory rights: where applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal or refund (for example in the EU/UK), those rights are preserved.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, payment or transaction reference, and reason. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

When refunds are not available

• Fees for subscription periods already used, except as listed above.
• Yearly (Premium) subscription refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase, except where law requires otherwise or an eligible outage or duplicate-charge case applies.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo To URL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you have paid nothing, zero).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
